pulsemedx operates this website and provides specialised courses in live production decks and control rooms, covering multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation, and professional management of television and streaming productions. By accessing or using the site, registering for a course, or submitting any information, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in the United Kingdom to use this site or enrol in courses. Access is permitted only for legitimate educational purposes related to live production training. You may not use the site for any commercial activity outside the scope of the courses offered or to provide competing services without prior written consent from pulsemedx.
You must not engage in any activity that disrupts the site, interferes with other users, or violates UK law. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious software, harassing staff or other participants, reproducing course materials for resale, or misrepresenting your identity. Violations may result in immediate suspension and potential legal action under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and other applicable legislation.
When you create an account or submit assignments, feedback or other materials, you grant pulsemedx a non-exclusive licence to use that content for delivering and improving the courses. You remain responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe third-party rights. Accounts may be terminated for inactivity or breach of these terms. All personal data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
All course materials, videos, documentation and site content are owned by pulsemedx or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access materials for personal study only. No content may be copied, distributed or modified without explicit permission. Trademarks and logos must not be used without prior approval. This licence ends automatically upon termination of your enrolment or account.
The site may integrate third-party tools for video streaming, payment processing or learning management. These services operate under their own terms and pulsemedx does not endorse or guarantee their performance. Any reliance on third-party content is at your own risk. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
pulsemedx strives to maintain continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for maintenance, security reasons or breach of these terms. Course availability may change without notice. Upon termination you must cease all use of downloaded materials and delete any copies in your possession.
While every effort is made to ensure course content is accurate and up to date, pulsemedx provides the site and courses on an as-is basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to the above, pulsemedx total liability for any claim arising from the site or courses shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of data or business opportunity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pulsemedx, its staff and affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of course materials, or infringement of third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and may seek redress through alternative dispute resolution if applicable.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. pulsemedx may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
